During Q4 2025, community volunteers connected with Scientology social programmes highlighted multiple local activities across Europe. The quarter’s roundup covered local environmental and civic volunteering, alongside drug-prevention outreach and information campaigns and human-rights learning initiatives delivered through partner programmes.
Activities were reported in Italy, France, the Czech Republic, Denmark and Switzerland, with volunteers supporting local communities, small businesses and civic organisations. Some initiatives also referenced *The Way to Happiness*, a secular moral code written by L. Ron Hubbard, as a framework for everyday responsibility and respectful conduct.
Ivan Arjona-Pelado, the Church of Scientology’s representative to the EU, OSCE, Council of Europe news euromillions and the United Nations, commented: “Europe’s values are strengthened when citizens choose practical responsibility—keeping public spaces clean, sharing factual prevention tools, and teaching the next generation that rights and dignity apply to everyone. Social cohesion grows through consistent, local action.”
